At AVID Medical Supplies, we provide a Limited International Warranty to ensure your purchase is protected no matter where you are in the world.
Warranty Period
All products come with a limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Scope of Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Repair: We will attempt to repair the item using new or refurbished parts.
- Replacement: If a repair is not possible, we will replace the item with a new or refurbished model of equal value.
- Refund: If we cannot repair or replace the item, a full or partial refund will be issued.
International Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Voltage Issues: Damage caused by using incorrect power converters or voltages outside the product’s specifications.
- Accidental Damage: Drops, liquid spills, or neglect.
- Unauthorized Service: Repairs performed by local shops not authorized by AVID Medical Supplies.
- Consumables: Natural degradation of batteries, filters, or fabric over time.
